Maintenance & Care

Please know the disc is made of PVC, and may show normal wear-and-tear over time or may get damaged by repeated contact with hair spray, perfume, extreme temperature, and other elements. To prolong the life of the support discs, please apply your earrings with Chrysmela as the last step of your dressing up, after applying perfume and hair products.

Not what I wantef

When I explained my comment on my email obviously I wasn’t clear.. when I said the disc broke the other part came off and was lost. I expected to get a replacement pair because that’s what I paid for.. very disappointed

Excellent product. I can sleep in my earrings and they won’t get lost. The customer Support is very helpful. I’m very pleased.

Good but not durable

This is the second or third set I have ordered. They bend and then break after 18 months or so.

We offer the optional PVC disc attachments to provide extra support and comfort for heavier earrings. Like many flexible materials used regularly in our daily lives, these discs are to be replaced as needed for optimal performance.

The vast majority of our customers enjoy these discs without issue for a long time. Also, the disc is optional - Chrysmela works great with the same locking power without the disc, and many of our customers prefer to wear them that way.
