Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.  You can check the estimated delivery time by clicking the tracking number.  Delays may occur, due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We do offer free shipping within the US for orders $100+.  

International Orders to Outside of the US: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chrysmela is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,  we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@chrysme.la and send your item to: PO Box 251618 Los Angeles California US 90025. Please mark your order number and the date of purchase.  Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
