They seem to work fine. This big plastic does does press the earring into your ear or my ear. Anyhow, I typically like a little looser fit, but the idea of losing the earrings outweighs that.

Please follow the directions enclosed in the package - remove the disc slowly over a fluffy towel so your Chrysmela does not jump out of your hands. Also, Chrysmela's patented design enables you to lock your earrings where you like. For your preferred looser fit, simply move Chrysmela away from your earlobe. Best, Team Chrysmela

I wanted to wait to give them the test and they pass with flying colors. I only take my signature earrings off to shower or to occasionally swap them out for a fancier pair. I wear them to bed, and in this weather pull endless sweaters over my head over and over. I think I have finally found the solution. Thank you.
